Church of Our Saviour provides space for several programs related to health and wellness. These are run by outside groups and members of the parish. Please contact our Director of Music and Parish Life with any questions about these programs. Some programming may be affected by COVID-19 restrictions. Please check the home page for more specific information.

“Although yoga was developed in ancient India, people of all faiths have found that this body-centered meditation is a great way to improve health, open the heart, and deepen your spirituality.”--Darren Main, author and yoga teacher.  Classes at COS, led by parishioner and certified yoga teacher Gary Alexander, are usually held right in the beautiful nave of the church on Wednesdays at 5:30pm. The suggested donation is $12.  However, no one will be turned away due to lack of funds. Please contact the office for more information.
